While scanning through some blogrolls this evening I came across a post about new CS three icons. Then I went there. and to my suprize this page seemed to be a very popular topic with over 300 people who had posted comments about how much they loved the new icons. I mean jeez what kind of people waste their time on such a site—then I thought wait I’ve been on Adam Betts’ site twice this week. However, You & Mr. Betts should know I’ll never stoop to the level of icon augmentation, there are just some lines I won’t cross for they would be too nerdy even for me.

Kind of reminds me of one of the kids in our first typography class. Sometimes I think he wanted to be a designer just for the fact that it meant working on a mac. You’d think people would rather comment about the fact that I can now create my mock up in illustrator and import it into flash—but don’t try it with dynamic text that will be using to submit a form—it comes out really messed up and will take an hour to figure out that CS4 can’t come soon enough.
I am in no way saying that I am not a nerd but every once in a while it’s nice to know that there are still bigger nerds.
